Girls, can you please tell me how to deal with migraine at week 22? I'm not taking anything but my head is hurting terribly.

Крепкий чай , свежий воздух , кусочек чёрного шоколада , заварите ромашку с мятой , она обезбаливает. Я так спасалась , лежать было не вариант , ещё больше болела - тошнота - рвота. Ходите больше . Терапевт мне говорил свежий воздух главное
