Hello, my lower abdomen has been hurting for 2 days, with a pulling/downward sensation — what does this mean? I am 31 weeks and 3 days (pregnant).

Обратитесь к врачу,у меня тоже низ живота болела сходила на узи а там мне говорили угроза но теперь лечусь,у меня 15неделя беременности

Лучше сказать врачу , отдыхать больше и возможно бандаж скажут носить .

Бывает такое , но главное исключить угрозу . Проконсультируйтесь с женской консультацией ) иногда делают узи шейки .
