Это ваши гормоны на личике у малыша, эстроген через молоко попадает и вызывает младенческое акне, пройдёт само через пару недель. Не трогайте их и не переживайте, это практически у всех младенцев.

Лала , Но тут не лицо а волосистая часть головы, милии вроде только на лице проявляются
