Girls, my back hurts and I think that the baby is on the move, it's very difficult to walk. Who had such a problem and what did they do?

Нагрузка на спину..да ещё может и расширяется к родам..у многих так..у меня уже и на моём сроке долго ходить не могу, поясницу ломит.На вашем сроке тоже только до магазина на машине и все..особо не ходок была;)

У меня поясница болит в основном, когда встаю и когда сажусь копчик болит ? это такой дискомфорт приносит, скоро роды ?
