Hello!! Pregnancy is 21 weeks. A stuffy nose has bothered me for 10 days now, only with saline solution I manage. Today already started headache when tilting my head. I rinse with salt solution.

Мне помог ещё увлажнитель воздуха( слизистая должна всегда быть увлажнённая, я вообще синуситом страдаю всю беременность заложен нос, а увлажнитель немного облегчал
