Hello everyone. After removing the foreskin, how long after did the sexual activity begin or can someone have it removed during childbirth?

Со мной лежала девочка ей сняли пессарий на 38 неделе, роды начались на следущий день

Со мной тоже лежала девочка, ей на тот момент уже неделю как сняли пессарий, и только ещё через неделю она родила. В 40 недель, получается
