Kristina, Цон наврятли даст ответ , назначает гцвп, просто доки проходят через цон, в личном кабинете на егов есть имя менеджера, в цоне можно найти контакты гцвп и узнать в итоге причину, вообще если есть какие то ошибки обычно звонят и говорят
