Hello, I would like to ask if it is possible for a 2 and a half month old baby to take one quarter of paracetamol as an antipyretic?

У новорождённых своё. Я ибупрофен даю. И на вкус приятен и помог быстро.

А парацетамол в каплях дают со специальной пипеткой

Можно,мне сыну,когда делали прививку в два месяца,сказали можно дать 1/4 парацетомола,если поднимется температура.
