Mommies help ? My chest is full and it hurts so much, my daughter slept through the night and I was with her, since 6 am I've been breastfeeding non-stop, but the pain doesn't go away, now the other one is hurting too, I do massages, I express by hand, I'm afraid of using a breast pump because of a crack, what should I do so the pain goes away and there's no more milk? Can some ointments or folk remedies help?
