у моей тоже бывало такое, моя хорошо себя чувствовала и я ничего не делала. Потом хорошенько покакала?

ждать до 7-10 дней , на гв и если ничего не беспокоит это нормально,не вздумайте мыло сувать малышу(на всякий случай)
