Hello everyone!!! Today I saw a red spot on my daughter's nape near her neck and it was peeling off like scabs... It looks like eczema. I think maybe from wearing too much makeup (capricious) and getting irritated??!!!! I don't know what to think about it. Has anyone had this? It's hard to see properly. It doesn't let me take a good picture
