Танфлекс С, инсти можно. Пила от эвалар витамин С. Траву пейте липа. Если кашель, то солодку, мукалтин. От горла ингалипт. Многие пишут что не рекомендуется при гв., беременности, так пишут потому что не тестируют, нельзя проводить опыт на берем. и мамах. Лечитесь ребёнку нужна здоровая мама. Увлажняйте горло и нос солевым раствором, каждый час. Не зависимо болит оно или есть насморк.

Инсти чай, обильное питье, малину с чаем, мёдом. Ещё можно молоко с мёдом перед сном и помажьте звёздочку бальзам на виски. И сон ?
