Скорее всего просто прибыло молоко. Это не уплотнение (лактостаз). Вам нужно сделать себе лимфодренажный массаж лёгкими поглаживающими движениями. Посмотрите на ютубе канал Нины Зайченко, видео "Нагрубание груди. пришло молоко"

Мне в роддоме говорили сцеживать молоко, сцеживала сразу после того как малыш покушает, тогда не было уплотнений, и вновь приходило молоко к тому моменту когда нужно было уже кормить.
