Girls, how do you cope with atopy dermatitis in children?

Girls, how do you cope with atopy dermatitis in children? My daughter was prescribed enterosgel, polisorb, Advantan cream and Derma E Exoderma balm, phenylsalicylic acid 7 drops, I have a strict diet and also polisorb. The baby is only on breast milk. How long did it take to treat? Share your experience ?

У нас сейчас так,щекам ппц.За несколько дней убрала красноту с помощью лосьена "каламин" и имолента от биодермы.У себя в питании убрала всю молочку и все где содержится коровий белок.Было вот так,Полисорб тоже дайте малышу пару дней он почистит чтобы быстрее было.Остальное я бы не тратилась
