Личная договорённость лучше по мне, ответственность будет нести только врач,а не весь центр

Moony, А я думаю, наоборот. Если контракт - это официальный договор. Если что то пойдёт не так, можно подать в суд. А если что то пойдёт не так при договорённости с врачом, то он как бы может сказать я не при делах и никак вы это не докажете. Я рожала лично по контракту и не пожалела
