Tell me how to gently wake up earlier. We've shifted to the fact that the baby wakes up at 11-11:30 am and falls asleep at 2-3 am. I think we fall asleep late because we get up late too ? We used to go to bed at 9:30 am and wake up at 7 am, went for an hour walk and then slept a bit more. Now it's a nightmare with sleep. Has anyone consulted with sleep consultants?
