What about temperature? I took 1 paracetamol. All day it felt like my whole body was moved around by a tank several times, I barely slept at night, and during the day I rested. I thought it was because of the storm (the weather is crazy here). But it's a cold. In the morning there wasn't a fever, now it's 37.4-37.8. There's no strength at all.
