Good day! What should I do if I have some dizziness and blood pressure is 78/38? Is this normal for me at 22 weeks of pregnancy?

Совсем нет, если аппарат не врёт, обратитесь к лечащему врачу или сразу в скорую!

Низкое, это не нормально. Нужно к доктору и если плохо то поднимите давление кофем или цитрамоном, разово это не вредно.
