Сбивали только 38,5. Ну или если в 38 совсем плохо чувствовал себя. Давайте больше пить воды. Если даёте воду) если ночью высокая будет можно сбить. Нам прописывали эффералган. Это парацетамол

До года такая температура вообще норма считается, если подниматься будет выше дайте ибуфен

Если ребёнок не плачет и чувствует себя нормально то сбивать не нужно до 38,5. Я давала ибуфен по 2,5мг
