Как давно? Если появилось недавно, то возможно молочница. Но может быть и физиологичный налёт от грудного молока (у нас так с роддома месяцев до 5 было).

Молочницу сразу бы увидели,белые творожистые пятна сначала кончит языка,потом внутренняя часть губы.У вас все хорошо ?

Жемчужина на стоматит похоже у нас так было на нёбе и щёчке но лучше всё таки или педиатр или же стоматолог, а то сейчас каждый из нас вам начнёт про своё советовать и говорить а перепугаем вас)
