Hello. When I gave birth to my third child, everything went well without tears but I didn't listen to the doctors during labor. And hemorrhoids appeared. Now I am pregnant and it is 39 weeks, after each trip to the toilet I am afraid that hemmoroids will appear again. There is an initial stage, because of this I am afraid to give birth alone. Can they do a cesarean section or give birth by myself?
