Girls, what could it be? The doctor said he rubbed with a cotton swab from the cross but I removed it naturally, I'm applying Despanthenol cream but it doesn't go away.

Похоже на натертость воспалённую. Я бы судокремом мазала. И может прикрыть, чтобы одежда не касалась и не натирала.

Похоже на раздражение, у нас так было на ярлычок на бодике. Не смогла полностью отрезать - пришивают их блин намертво. Так больше этот бодик и не носили, мазала пантенолом, быстро прошло
