Hello, I noticed a bulge in my belly this morning and it seems to be going inside. There's also a feeling of warmth around it when I touch it. It was protruding yesterday. This is the first time I've experienced something like this. What could it be? I'm scared. I'm 38 weeks and 3 days pregnant.
