Похоже на аллергическое... Я когда сомневаюсь, даю на ночь Зодак. Если помогает, ищу на что могло обсыпать. Если утром всё, как и было до Зодака, обрабатываю мирамистином (хлоргексидином), чтоб к опрелостям ещё инфекция не присоединилась, бепантен для лучшего заживления.
