Girls, I have a question about maternity leave. I worked for a year under the general employment contract and a year under a labor agreement. When going on maternity leave, the last two years are taken into account, if I'm not mistaken. To receive a normal amount of maternity leave for a year, will my previous salary from the general employment contract be considered? Please advise. I know that I will receive maternity pay, but what about the amount I will receive for the first year depends on whether they will consider my general employment contract salary or not.
