My son is two and a half months old, he eats well but has been pooping less frequently lately. The last three times were every three days apart, the first two were watery, only slightly thicker than usual. We're giving him Acipol baby as per the pediatrician's recommendation. Yesterday he pooped like very thick cream. I read that it can be alarming if stool is like Play-Doh, but ours was looser, but still not like usual.
