I think the topic of calming agents is relevant. ?? I'm barely holding on, emotionally completely burnt out. Terrible weakness and a constant feeling that I'm about to burst. It seems like everything is fine, but something inside feels broken... Everything irritates me, I hold myself back, but I understand that it all builds up and I'm afraid I'll explode. Has this happened to you? How did you cope with it?
