Тут уже на инфекционную сыпь похоже, гнойнички. К врачу!!!! Никакая это не аллергия!

Вероятно на сыпь что то наложилось,идите ко врачу,лучше к инфекционисту

Мне кажется что это акне новорождённых , само пройдёт . Но конечно лучше проконсультируйтесь с врачом .
