Hello, can you tell me if it's normal for my belly to feel hard often during pregnancy? I'm 29 weeks pregnant and I read that this happens sometimes and the uterus is preparing for labor.

Если быстро отпускает,то нормально,у меня приперно на вашем сроке тоже началось так же,но я пила магний,мне врач назначил.

Магне б6 выписывали. 2 утром, 1 днём и 2 вечером, потом поменьше стала пить. До самых родов твердел живот.

Тоже также было. Твердел уж очень часто. Я всегда старалась в такие моменты успокоиться ,и лечь отдохнуть. Пила магне б6. Тоже до родов каменел.

Это нормально) Я бегала сразу пипи делать, легче становилось и ложилась отдыхать)

Это нормально,больше отдыхайте,мне хорошо помогал горячий душ
