Hello, my D3 blood test results are 17, who took what vitamins and how much did it rise? And my daughter also takes D3 by 2 drops (the doctor prescribed so), they say IHerb vitamins are the best? Please advise, thank you in advance.

У меня Д3 был 22 , месяц пила детримакс в день 6000 МЕ, через месяц Д3 стал 41

С айхерб фирма торн или блюбонет хорошие 5000 ме пропить Или выбирайте сублингвальный д3 тоже на айхерб есть в синей коробке Можно и обычные от калифорнии голд или от нау 5000 ме
