Конечно, обратитесь сразу к врачу без записи, все может быть, от нормы до инфекции, сдадите анализы и врачи разберутся)

У нас было такое где то месяца 2 назад, там немного было, написала педиатру сказала наблюдать, если один раз ничего страшного, а если повториться то нужно сдать оам
