Mom, can you please tell me what this could be? Allergy, what then ?‍♀️ I haven't been on a diet since birth. Never seen anything like it, only three red spots on my face, nowhere else.

Не похоже на аллергию, скорее укусы насекомых (комары, мошки). Наблюдайте, если это укусы - пройдут сами, можно гелем фенистил помазать. Может быть от жары - у сына иногда прыщики появляются, когда сильно потеет. Если начнут множится - покажите врачу.

Да может пыль даже. У моей такие появляются от молока грудного, если вытереть сухой салфеткой, а не помыть лицо сразу
