How long after CS can you lift more than 10 kg? I had surgery a month ago, and at home there's another one-year-old child, I tried not to lift anything, but I still lifted my older child, and now I'm scared that there might be a hernia. What can I do so the stitches heal faster?

Для швов мажьте мазь вишневского, сверху ватку или марлю и ещё пакетик обычный полиэтиленовый и обычными трусиками высокими закрыть все, делать это на ночь на протяжении месяца. Это делается для того чтоб матка правильно заживала да и для шва полезно будет, все бугры рассосутся)

Это безопасно, чтоб не думали) по совету очень хорошего гинеколога)?

А насчёт тяжестей, то конечно лучше избегать нагрузок. А грыжи не будет, по крайней мере если вы будете соблюдать все и резких рывков не делать, ну и желательно носить бандаж/корсет)
