Реакция на какую то еду или на слюни,у нас так бывает после помидоров,умойте холодной водичкой часто пройдёт

Либо от жары,частое умывание должно помощь,либо аллергия

У нас было похожее, мы ее когда купаем в ромашке и череде, стали и лицо протирать , ушло за пару дней, думаю от жары.
