How do you feed children during the heat when there's no appetite? The temperature is above 40 degrees outside, air conditioning at home, my daughter eats well in the morning, but in the afternoon she has a couple of spoons, and in the evening with dad more or less, but she asks for snacks. I just think that if you give her lots of vegetables and fruits, then maybe diarrhea could happen later, so I'm thinking about what to offer her then.
