В домашних ни как. Точнее без аптечных препаратов Мазь миконаз или кандид, и курс пробиотиков 2 недели , мы обычно пьём флувир одно саше в день. Метиленовая синь раствор ещё очень хорошо помогает Ни какой зеленки только и соду тоже лучше убрать. Ромашку можно оставить

У моего среднего сына был афтозный стоматит , помню что назначали пару лекарств , одним из них был Миконаз гель , остальное не помню , гель очень хороший ,попробуйте Только для начала обработайте язвочки ромашкой
