All right, I have a personal question. I bought vitamin D calcium according to my gynecologist's prescription, and she prescribed vitamin Emfethal, but it wasn't in the pharmacy, so I bought Elevit ProNotaL. Now I've been taking these vitamins for four days, and I noticed that the color of my stool changed to dark gray. Is this because of the vitamins? Did you experience this too? I was pregnant first and took Emfethal and CalciMin.

Все хорошо.Это из за железа.Тоже такое было когда пила витамины)Кал может быть даже чёрным,когда железо пропиваешь)

Я вообще не пила мультивитамины. Отдельно магний, йод, витамин Д и все. Потом добавила железо на последних сроках. Мы же не знаем, что в норме, а что нет из витаминов. Избыток тоже вреден.

Я пила феррум лек, это железо для гемоглобина, кал был аж черного цвета, врач сказала это нормально, везде где есть железо влияет на цвет кала)
