The baby is sweating heavily at 2.5 months old and has a hot head. Is this normal? I'm doing air baths and not wrapping them up.

Нормально. Не кутайте сильно. У малышей не налажена терморегуляция

Не надо кутать…сейчас не настолько холодно…нужно просто маячку надеть и кофточку с длинными рукавами и не теплую а на ноги тоненькие ползунки…я своего так одевала…летом он у меня в одной маячке ходил ??‍♀️
