Girls, I'm currently 38-39 weeks pregnant and have a symphysis of 0.7mm but it hurts when I walk and stand, has anyone else given birth with a symphysis?

У меня был 0.82 мм, рожала сама, после родов было тяжело ходить, стоять и даже сидеть, бандаж после родов надевала на таз. И мне назначали обезболивающие свечи их можно на гв, спросите у своего врача. Длилось это все 2 месяца где то. Старайтесь меньше носить тяжести после родов, мне даже ребёнка сложно было держать, все туда отдавало.
