Так трудно понять, аллергия будет прогрессировать,потница нет, наблюдение только в таком случае

Попробуйте фенистил в каплях дать. Может какое то раздражение. Можно в воде с чередой искупать. Кожу успокоит

У нас такое от слюней часто)) Быстро проходит, если не проходит, то надо проверится
