Дерматит смотря какой,если это следствие аллергии,то убирать аллерген и вылечить кожу.У меня масло для душа от биодермы и крем атодерм биодерма, пользуюсь и сама особенно в зимнее время,когда кода сохнет.Но без выявления аллергена или причины смысла мало мазать кремом
