Good day everyone. I am currently 25 weeks pregnant. My throat has been sore for two days now. My head is also hurting. I vomited last night. I have lost my appetite. I feel nauseous now too. There's no fever. Could these symptoms be from the flu? The blood pressure is normal at 100/60. What do you suggest?
