Магнефар B6 пью) и во время беременности пила и сейчас, нет противопоказаний) а также в аптеках есть травяные чаи с мятой, мелиссой и т.д. ?

Пила во время беременности и первые три месяца после витамины pregnacare, там есть в составе магний. Успокаивает меня аромалампа с лавандой, травяной чай, горячий душ и объятия мужа
