Encountered difficulty at 11 weeks of pregnancy: started to hurt abdomen. What does this mean? Scheduled only for gynecologist appointment next month. What should I do? Go see him now or not worry about it yet?

Существует серия причин, из-за которых болит живот на 11 неделе беременности. Самая безобидная – увеличение матки, связок, кишечника и движение плода. Вреда такие боли не представляют, и не подразумевают медицинской помощи. А вот если 11 неделя беременности, и болит живот как при месячных (тянущий характер), то важно обязательно обратиться к врачу, поскольку есть вероятность преждевременного прерывания беременности. Когда тянущая боль сопровождается регулярным желанием помочиться, то может иметь место цистит. В такой ситуации нужно также незамедлительно посетить уролога.
