Основное, на что обращают внимание в такой ситуации – конкретный вес плода в 1 месяца и данные фетометрического исследования. За будущей мамой выполняют внимательный контроль. Если патология была выявлена на сроке до 8 месяцев, врач-генетик проводит некоторые исследования на исключение хромосомных отклонений. После выяснения диагноза назначают фетометрию и доплерометрию каждые 2 недели, при осложнении картины, или после 8 месяцев – раз в неделю. Как правило предусматривается досрочное родоразрешение начиная от 7 месяцев.
