Основное, чему уделяют внимание в такой ситуации – определенный вес плода в 1 месяца и данные фетометрии. За женщиной осуществляют внимательный надзор. Если патология выяснилась на сроке до 8 месяцев, врач-генетик выполняет некоторые исследования на исключение хромосомных искажений. После постановки диагноза назначают внутриутробные измерения и доплерометрию каждые 2 недели, при ухудшении картины, или после 8 месяцев – раз в 7 дней. В большинстве случаев подразумевается досрочное родоразрешение начиная от 7 месяцев.
