Главное, на что обращают внимание в такой ситуации – реальный вес плода в 1 месяца и информация фетометрии. За беременной осуществляют внимательный контроль. Если проблема определилась на сроке до 8 месяцев, врач-генетик проводит соответствующие исследования на исключение хромосомных отклонений. После выяснения диагноза назначают фетометрию и доплерометрию каждые 14 дней, при ухудшении картины, или после 8 месяцев – раз в неделю. Как правило предусматривается преждевременное родоразрешение на сроке от 7 месяцев.
