Главное, на что обращают внимание в такой ситуации – определенный вес плода в 1 месяца и данные фетометрического исследования. За беременной выполняют пристальный надзор. Если проблема выяснилась на сроке до 8 месяцев, врач-генетик выполняет соответствующие исследования на исключение хромосомных искажений. После выяснения диагноза назначают фетометрию и доплерометрию каждые 14 дней, при осложнении картины, или после 8 месяцев – раз в 7 дней. Как правило предусматривается досрочное родоразрешение на сроке от 7 месяцев.
