Основное, на что обращают внимание в такой ситуации – реальный вес плода в 2 месяца и информация фетометрии. За будущей мамой выполняют внимательный мониторинг. Если проблема определилась на каком-либо из этапов до 8 месяцев, врач-генетик выполняет некоторые исследования на исключение хромосомных отклонений. После постановки диагноза назначают фетометрическое исследование и доплерометрию каждые 14 дней, при ухудшении картины, или после 8 месяцев – раз в неделю. Обычно требуется преждевременное родоразрешение на сроке от 7 месяцев.
