Главное, на что обращают внимание в подобной ситуации – определенный вес плода в 2 месяца и информация фетометрии. За женщиной осуществляют внимательный мониторинг. Если проблема выяснилась на каком-либо из этапов до 8 месяцев, врач-генетик выполняет соответствующие исследования на исключение хромосомных аномалий. После выяснения диагноза назначают фетометрию и доплерометрию каждые 14 дней, при осложнении картины, или после 8 месяцев – раз в неделю. Как правило назначается преждевременное родоразрешение на сроке от 7 месяцев.
